Are the prices all-inclusive?

Package prices include all listed elements. Travel outside Greater Winnipeg, additional hours, and custom branding are quoted separately and always transparently.

Can I mix and match from different packages?

Absolutely. Our packages are starting-point guides. Your quote will be fully customised to your specific requirements — we do not force you into a box.

What deposit is required to secure a date?

We require a 25% deposit to hold your date, with the balance due 14 days before your event. We accept e-Transfer, credit card, and corporate PO.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations 30+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Inside 30 days, the deposit is retained; inside 7 days, the full balance may apply. See our Terms for complete details.
